Dr. Bhuvaneswari spent 12 years in London working in world-renowned hospitals like St. Bartholomew's, Royal London and Queens Square which is regarded as the Mecca for Neurology. She also spent time in Great Ormond street hospital which is a quaternary centre for paediatrics and learnt neurophysiological diagnostic procedures for infants and children, before returning to India in 2012.

Dr. Bhuvaneswari has also published articles in Indian and International journals. She has presented papers both in Indian and International conferences.

She has also been an author for chapters for two books in Neurosciences and Plastic surgery.
Dr. Bhuvaneswari has particular special interest in Neuromuscular disorders, Stroke, Epilepsy, Sleep Medicine and Neuroinflammation. She is skilled in performing neurophysiological procedures for both adults and children. She is part of the Neurosciences department at Chennai, Kauvery Hospital. Played a pivotal role in managing the stroke unit at Kauvery hospital, Chennai.

Past Experience

Dr.Bhuvaneswari graduated from Bangalore University in 2000.
She underwent post-graduate medical training in the UK and completed her certified training in the specialties of Neurophysiology and Neurosciences from the prestigious Barts and the London NHS Trust in London.
She spent 12 years in London working in world-renowned hospitals like St. Bartholomew's , Royal London and Queens Square which regarded as the Mecca for Neurology. She also spent time in Great Ormond street hospital which is a quaternary centre for paediatrics and learnt neurophysiological diagnostic procedures for infants and children, before returning to India in 2012.
After returning to India, initially worked at Global hospital , Chennai and now at Kauvery hospital, Chennai since June 2014.
